Kayla is a Holistic Art Therapist and Expressive Artist based in Minot. We are proud to partner with her in our local community using art to promote mental well being. Art is a great way of releasing stress and getting those creative juices flowing. Whether you fancy yourself a Picasso, or struggle to tell the right side up on a paint brush, involving yourself in some form of art is a great way to open your mind, distract yourself from reality and process life. You don’t need to be creative to enjoy art.

Because art is so versatile, you could potentially be good at one of many different artforms. Perhaps you can’t draw, but you might be able to paint. If you can’t paint, have a go at pottery. Whatever it may be, give it a try and find well being through a variety of art therapy resources.
